FLR Service Ticket (“S-Ticket”)

The FLR “S-Ticket” is the one stop system for reporting problems, requesting new service, or a change in existing service. Problem reports are handled 24x7x365. Service change and new service requests are handled during normal business hours. For a network down emergency (total loss of connectivity to FLR) its recomended to call the NOC at 352-294-3571. Once you submit a ticket, you will receive confirmation and progress emails.
